These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between Fat Freezing Clinic (“the Company”, “we”, or “us”) and you, the client. By using our services or website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. All fees are in INR.

1. Appointments, Bookings & Deposits

  • Appointments require a non-refundable deposit (INR 1,000–2,500).
  • Appointments are personal and non-transferable.
  • Full payment is required immediately after service. No cheques or deferred payments.

2. Cancellations, Amendments & No-Shows

  • Minimum 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations or changes.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment or forfeited session.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable unless paid in full for rescheduling.
  • Clinic may reschedule due to emergencies or force majeure.
  • Missed appointments require pre-payment for all future bookings.

3. Payments, Refunds & Credits

  • All payments are non-refundable except for medical exemptions.
  • Medical exemptions require a certified doctor’s note and allow for credit transfer to another person.
  • 48-hour notice allows credit toward a different treatment of equal/higher value.
  • All sessions in a package must be used within 12 months.

4. Suitability, Refusal & Medical Assessment

  • Medical assessment is mandatory before treatment.
  • Clinic may refuse or discontinue treatment due to safety, intoxication, behavior, or false disclosure.
  • Pregnancy allows for credit transfer valid for 24 months.
  • Failure to follow pre-treatment instructions may reduce or cancel treatment.
  • Missing treatments may void guarantees or free services.

5. Promotions, Vouchers & Complimentary Services

  • Promotions can’t be combined; valid only on full-price services.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and voided by missed appointments.
  • Complimentary treatments are not guaranteed and subject to availability and staff discretion.
  • Social media following may be required for promotional services.
  • Substitutions for unavailable treatments are allowed only with doctor’s approval.

6. Client Obligations & Liability

  • You must provide accurate personal and medical data.
  • You must follow all aftercare and pre-care instructions.
  • Results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • The clinic is not liable for complications if aftercare products are not used as recommended.
  • Liability is excluded except for proven gross negligence or personal injury.

7. Data Protection & Communications

  • Data is handled as per Indian law for service and marketing purposes.
  • You can opt-out of marketing anytime in writing.
  • Personal contact sharing with clinic staff is prohibited and may result in service termination.

8. Health, Diet & Medical Interference

  • Clients are expected to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.
  • The clinic is not liable for unsatisfactory results due to medications or health issues.
  • Blood test costs (if required) are borne by the client.

9. Third-Party & Legal Requests

Administrative fees may apply for handling legal or insurance requests.

10. Audio Recording & Machine Monitoring

  • Audio recordings are used for quality and legal compliance (no video is recorded).
  • Treatment machine parameters are logged for seven (7) days.
  • Complaints regarding parameters must be made within 7 days.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Legal proceedings are subject to Indian court jurisdiction.
